Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks a skilled Network Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot large-scale TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks in a Financial Markets environment. Responsibilities include hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, and coordinating with TAC for advanced issues.

You will work within the Global IP Desk, providing 24x7 coverage on a rotation basis and collaborating with the Technical Support Group to ensure service stability and rapid incident

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting financial markets or data center environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers and switches.
• Liaise with Cisco and Juniper TAC for advanced support.
• Perform second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate and support network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Ensure incident management and service restoration with minimal impact.
