Job summary

Transaction Network Services seeks an experienced networking professional to support global IP services for Financial Markets. You will handle TCP/IP networks, VPNs, MPLS, and routing protocols, with hands-on Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes incident management, change control, and customer-facing communication within a 24x7 Global IP Desk. A CS degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on networking/troubleshooting in a financial services environment.
• Experience supporting NOC environments and incident management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers/switches.
• Engage with Cisco/Juniper TAC and manage vendor relations.
• Perform second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate change management activities and provide after-hours escalation.
• Ensure incident management and service restoration with minimal impact.
• Work in a 24x7 global IP Desk team with rotating coverage.
