Transaction Network Services in the United States seeks a Field Support Engineer to maintain and support TCP/IP networks, VPNs, and MPLS across the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will manage incident tickets, perform hands-on routing hardware troubleshooting, and coordinate with Cisco and Juniper TAC for escalation.

This role requires 3–5 years in network operations, strong communication, and a customer-first approach.

Competenze

• TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS and routing knowledge (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• ITIL Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, communications software, and Visio.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Raise incident tickets and route to appropriate engineer.
• Troubleshoot IP networks, hardware, and protocol issues.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours escalation support on a rotation basis.
• Ensure incident restoration with minimal service impact.
• Monitor event management systems and inbound customer communications.
• Engage NOC engineers to resolve incidents.
• Work as part of a global 24x7 IP Desk team.
