Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to deliver on-site technical and non-technical product support to customers in the Financial Markets ecosystem.

You will handle IP routing, VPN, and MPLS networks, troubleshoot Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, manage tickets, and coordinate with NOC engineers in a 24x7 global rotation to ensure service stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS.
• Experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for IP and network services.
• Manage incident tickets and coordinate resolution.
• Perform network maintenance and change management.
• Escalate to vendor support as needed.
• Monitor and respond to events and email.
• Work on a 24x7 rotation as part of a global team.
