Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Field Support engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for Global IP Desk services. You will resolve complex routing, hardware, and protocol issues, interact with vendor TACs, and ensure service stability for Financial Markets infrastructure.

You will join a global 24x7 IP Desk team, handling incident management, escalation, and coordination with customers and engineers to restore services quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Strong TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networking knowledge.
• Experience with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP and IS-IS routing protocols.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software, Visio, and communications tools.
• 3–5 years’ experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience in financial markets support environment or IP desk.
• Understanding of Financial Markets (Equity, Futures, Options).

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical or non-technical product support to customers.
• Raise incident tickets and coordinate with engineers for resolution.
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate, schedule and support network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain and update tickets to deliver quality customer service.
• Monitor event management systems and inbound customer communications.
• Engage NOC engineers to drive incidents to successful resolution.
• Work as part of a global team providing 24x7 IP Desk coverage.
