Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a skilled Network Support Engineer for the Financial Markets Global IP Desk. You will contribute to the stability and availability of TNS infrastructure by handling incidents, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely resolutions for 24x7 coverage.

The role requires hands-on routing and device configuration across Cisco, Arista, and Juniper platforms, with strong IP networking knowledge and ITIL-aligned change and incident management.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting NOC environments, preferably in financial markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide support for global large-scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Interface with Cisco and Juniper TAC for escalation of complex issues.
• Perform second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate, schedule and support network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating schedule.
• Operate as part of a global team providing 24x7 IP Desk coverage.
• Apply incident management to restore services with minimal impact.
