Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a Field Support Engineer to ensure stability and availability of the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will raise service tickets, coordinate with engineering, and provide 24x7 IP Desk coverage from a global team.

The role requires hands-on IP networking expertise, experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, and strong communication with customer technical reps. On-site presence in a Financial Markets environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Network Operations and Troubleshooting.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with financial markets support preferred.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks and routing.
• Experience with NOC environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks, including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Vendor management, including interface with Cisco and Juniper TAC.
• Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate, schedule and support network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support with after-hours rotation.
• Operation Readiness and final checks for project handover to NOC.
• Incident management to restore clients and network with minimal impact.
