Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a technically skilled Field Support/Network Operations role focused on global IP networks. You will monitor and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS environments, performing hands-on configuration on Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.

This is a customer-facing position within Financial Markets infrastructure, requiring proactive incident management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Experience with vendor TAC interfaces and incident management.
• Experience providing support in NOC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Carry out configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers/switches.
• Raise and manage incidents through the ticketing system and coordinate with NOC engineers.
• Work in a 24x7 rotation to ensure network availability and service quality.
• Engage vendors for escalation and ensure timely resolution of issues.
