Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a skilled network professional to join the Financial Markets Global IP Desk. You will resolve complex IP network issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with engineers across a 24x7 rotating schedule to ensure high availability of critical financial networks.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, strong knowledge of TCP/IP and routing protocols, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networks and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS).
• Experience with configuring Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• ITIL familiarity or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks including routing protocols.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista, Juniper devices.
• Coordinate and support network maintenance and change management.
