Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to deliver on-site technical and non-technical support within the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will contribute to the stability and availability of global IP networks and coordinate incident management and escalation with internal and vendor teams.

As part of the Global IP Desk, you will resolve complex IP routing, hardware, and protocol issues, engage TAC with Cisco/Juniper, and maintain ticket

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience in a financial industry support role is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for global large-scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers and switches.
• Engage Cisco and Juniper TAC for vendor support and escalation.
• Perform second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
• Coordinate, schedule and support network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide on-call escalation support, including after-hours on a rotating schedule.
