Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Field Support Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical assistance for global IP networks in the Financial Markets domain. Qualifications

• Experience in global large scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Knowledge of network protocols and incident management best practices.
• Experience supporting financial markets infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote support for TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks.
• Raise and manage incident tickets with appropriate engineers.
• Coordinate with NOC for 24x7 coverage on rotation.
• Perform second-level troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and update tickets for incident resolution.
