Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; paralegal training beneficial.
• Minimum of five (5) years of IP docketing experience in Trademark.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark and TTAB matters.

Responsibilities

• Read, sort, and distribute incoming mail from USPTO and other agencies.
• Ensure daily docket clearance and maintain filing logs.
• Provide guidance on complex docket-related questions to IP team.
• Maintain an accurate docket database and deliver reports.
• Save client documents to PATTSY and upload images to matter pages.
• Process abandoned/inactive files and audits for correctness.
• Maintain and distribute a global docket calendar for patents/trademarks.
• Maintain confidentiality with attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Ensure accuracy/completeness of docketing from USPTO and other agencies.
• Maintain e-files through IP Management System/iManage.
• Lead audits (e.g., bibliographic data) and mass updates.
