Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a senior immigration and mobility leader to own end-to-end programs across immigration, compliance, and relocation. You will manage vendor relationships, forecast budgets, and translate legal guidance into actionable business policies for hiring managers and recruiters.

You will design the relocation program, oversee costs, and collaborate with Recruiting and People Operations to ensure smooth offers and onboarding for globally mobile employees.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal-level experience running immigration and global mobility programs.
• Global experience across multiple countries with understanding of cross-border rules.
• Direct partnership with an immigration services vendor or platform of record.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration caseload with vendor coordination.
• Advise on immigration budget, approvals, and invoicing.
• Own and build Amplitude's immigration policy and guidance.
• Design and stand up relocation program: vendor selection, policy, packages.
• Own relocation vendor relationship and advise on relocation costs for offers.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Operations to execute moves and onboarding.
• Maintain core HR compliance: I-9, LCA postings, PERM steps.
