Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a senior leader to own its end-to-end immigration, compliance, and mobility programs. You will coordinate with Envoy and internal stakeholders to translate legal guidance into actionable hiring decisions and budgets.

The role spans global immigration, relocation design, and policy development, requiring cross-functional collaboration across regions and vendors to deliver a seamless experience for sponsored hires and international moves.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal-level experience running immigration and global mobility programs.
• Global experience across AMER, APAC, and EMEA.
• Hands-on experience with immigration vendors or platforms of record (Envoy, etc.).
• Ability to forecast budgets, approvals, and vendor costs.
• Capacity to build or mature relocation and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Own immigration, mobility, and compliance programs end to end.
• Forecast immigration budgets and track costs across vendors.
• Translate legal guidance into business recommendations for hiring managers and recruiters.
• Design relocation packages, vendor relations, and policy design.
• Build and maintain program health and governance reporting.
