Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, or Psychology.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Chinese language skills are essential.
• US Green Card holder preferred; OPT candidates will be considered.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and business initiatives.
• Assist with full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
• Coordinate recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects across business teams.
• Prepare HR reports, maintaining employee data, and supporting people analytics.
