Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.If you're looking to kick-start your career in HR, this internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting employees across multiple Atalanta sites.* **Your Own Corner of HR:** You’ll get to be the go-to HR support for 2–3 warehouses at our Atalanta sites. Don't worry, you won't be flying solo—our HR Lead will be right there as your mentor and partner every step of the way.* **The Employee Journey:** Learn the ropes of how HR actually works from start to finish. You'll help out with everything from welcoming new hires during onboarding to assisting with performance reviews and offboarding.* **The Essentials:** Get hands-on experience with the operational side of HR by helping review timecards and keeping our attendance tracking accurate and compliant.* **People and Culture:** Learn how to navigate workplace dynamics.
