Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned EY People Consulting professional to drive global WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS deployments, delivering client solutions and advancing transformation initiatives. You will lead teams, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to controls while reducing risk.

You will apply your timekeeping, attendance, scheduling expertise, and WFS certifications to design, configure and implement service delivery models across multinational clients, with travel and hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with large ADP WFS projects is preferred.
• At least one WFS certification; multiple certifications preferred.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain with global experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large-scale WFS projects.
• Lead new teams and establish internal and client relationships quickly.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models; manage risks.
• Identify improvement initiatives to enhance WFS quality and controls.
• Support seamless transition during ADP WFS implementations and transformations.
