Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned People Consulting professional in the United States to lead large-scale ADP WFS projects. You will deliver high-quality client service, drive WFS improvements, and guide transitions during implementations.

Travel to client sites and EY offices is expected in a hybrid model. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of WFS experience, a Timekeeping certification, and strong communication and leadership skills to develop proposals and maintain client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with hands-on experience in WFS projects.
• At least 7+ years in WFS or global ADP WFS implementations.
• WFS certification in Timekeeping preferred with multiple certs.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain with global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ADP WFS projects, delivering quality client service.
• Identify improvement opportunities and optimize WFS processes.
• Support transition during ADP WFS implementations and transformations.
