Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned WFS consultant to lead large-scale ADP WFS projects across global clients. You will deliver client-ready solutions, guide project teams, and drive continuous improvement in workforce management processes such as timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling.

Hybrid work with frequent client site engagements is expected. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of WFS experience, certifications in Timekeeping, and a track record with multinational ADP WFS implementations, coupled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with Big 4 or global consultancy recommended.
• WFS certification preferred (Timekeeping).
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain (time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling).
• Experience managing global/multi-national ADP WFS implementations.
• 7+ years relevant experience; willing to travel and hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFS projects, especially ADP WFS.
• Deliver quality client service and balanced priorities.
• Advise on WFS best practices and delivery model.
• Identify WFS improvements and efficiency opportunities.
• Support seamless transition during ADP WFS implementations.
