You will partner with senior executives and their teams across a global organization to design and deliver people solutions aligned with growth plans, while acting as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and leadership development. This role is based in Lansing, Michigan and requires 10+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of partnering with executive management in

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years as HR generalist or mix of generalist/specialist experience.
• Proven success partnering with senior executives in global, high-growth environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen; excellent communication skills.
