Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for international workers with emphasis on legal compliance and customer service. You will guide clients through terminations, resignations, transfers, and related processes while coordinating with payroll, legal, and success teams.

Work in an asynchronous, global environment, supporting internal stakeholders and delivering accurate documentation and privacy-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, legal compliance, and HR guidance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and communicate recommendations.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Offboarding: manage end-to-end employee exits across AMER, EMEA and APAC with a superior experience for clients and employees.
• Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, contracts, and redundancy while ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations and terminations.
• Influence positive outcomes in complex terminations balancing multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions to ensure offboarding compliance.
• Draft and administer termination documents, maintain confidential employee records.
• Process offboarding in HRIS and collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance.
• Respond to queries and guide clients through Employee Relations resources and policies.
• Assess workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations; coordinate with stakeholders for appropriate handling.
• Support progressive discipline approaches and documentation; monitor ongoing cases; identify automation opportunities.
