NEP Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals and lead organizational effectiveness across regions.

You’ll partner with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement in a dynamic international environment. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will drive leadership development, mobility, and cross-cultural workforce strategies while promoting a high-performance culture and inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred.
• Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies.
• Strategic mindset and executive presence.
• Strong organizational design and change management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive leadership development and talent management programs.
• Support global employee relations matters while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.
• Ensure consistency in global HR practices while adapting to regional and local needs.
