Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR or related field.
• M&A Integration, organization design and restructuring.
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience leading HR across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze employee trends to increase engagement and retention.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
