Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (Global Functional Lead) to define talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership coaching for their global functions. You will guide talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and regional HR leaders.

Operate within a matrixed global model to ensure consistent, high-quality employee experiences across geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
Experience supporting global/matrixed organizations and influencing across lines.
Strong ability to design organizational frameworks and leadership development.

Responsibilities

Define talent strategy, org design, and leadership coaching for global functions.
Lead global talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning with Finance.
Partner with Regional HR Leaders to adapt strategies locally while maintaining global consistency.
Serve as primary HR liaison to senior leaders and ensure cohesive HR support across regions.
