Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred.
• Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies.
• Strategic mindset and executive presence.
• Strong organizational design and change management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership across multiple regions to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performing global workforce.
