Job summary

NEP Group in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals and lead workforce planning, compensation, learning and development, and change initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders on hiring priorities, coach on performance management, and provide data-driven insights to boost engagement and organizational effectiveness. This hybrid role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with substantial HR experience in a business partner context.
• PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
• Experience in international and diverse cultures is a plus.
• Experience building teams in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with human capital initiatives and participate in business planning as the primary HR advisor.
• Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Support transformations, acquisitions and integrations while assessing people impact and developing change communications.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders on hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
• Coach leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness to build high-performing teams.
