Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our Global Connected Solutions business.

You will partner with senior leaders across regions to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness in a dynamic, international environment. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will shape talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement while championing inclusion and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred.
• Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies.
• Strategic mindset and executive presence.
• Strong organizational design and change management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish.
