Cogency Global is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with global leaders, translating business goals into people strategies and aligning workforce planning with growth. You will guide performance management, talent development, and employee relations across regions, while leading change initiatives and ensuring engagement during transitions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years HR experience, including multi-region exposure, and a proven ability to drive scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
• Global or multi-region experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to global functional leaders, providing data-driven insights on people strategy.
• Diagnose organizational challenges and deliver solutions aligning workforce with Cogency’s growth objectives.
• Lead organization design and workforce planning discussions across regions to optimize teams and roles.
• Guide leaders through performance management, calibration, and succession planning with HR involvement.
• Coach managers in talent management and leadership practices to improve engagement and transitions.
• Lead HR aspects of change initiatives including reorganizations and M&A integrations.
• Ensure change initiatives are delivered with minimal disruption and maximum engagement.
• Resolve ER matters timely and consistently apply HR policies across regions.
