Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an executive leader for the Automotive & Manufacturing Industry Business Unit to drive end-to-end industry-solutions strategy across SDV, autonomous mobility, and smart manufacturing.

You will lead a global team, influence roadmaps, and engage with C-level executives to accelerate AI-driven adoption and AWS cloud partnerships. In this role, you will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service teams, shaping strategic frameworks, and developing

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 15+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, engineering, or commercial leadership.
• 15+ years leading global teams in the Automotive & Manufacturing sector.
• 5+ years working knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML, or emerging tech in automotive/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive GTM plan for the global Automotive & Manufacturing sector.
• Identify, develop, and realize business opportunities to generate AWS revenue.
• Structure and execute Strategic Framework Agreements (SFAs) and PPAs at scale.
• Lead and grow a global team of senior solutions architects and business development professionals.
• Engage with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and VP+ level executives with trusted relationships.
• Define and size market segments; identify key customers and partners.
• Drive cross-functional partnership with AWS Product, Engineering, and Service teams.
• Pioneer industry solutions and GTM motions; identify whitespace opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales on qualified opportunities and customer drivers.
• Establish scalable engagement playbooks and industry solution frameworks.
• Partner with Marketing to drive global campaigns.
