Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an executive-level sales leader to head the North America Sales team in the Auto & Manufacturing Industry BU.

You will drive AI transformation across automotive and manufacturing sectors, building C-level relationships and guiding extended account teams to deliver transformational outcomes. You will lead geographically distributed resources, shape large complex deals, and advocate for customer interests with AWS executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years sales experience with an enterprise technology provider.
• 10+ years relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers in automotive and/or manufacturing sectors.
• 5+ years creating long term transformational account strategies to drive enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies at multi-national customers.
• 5+ years leading global cross-functional teams including solution architecture, inside sales, business development, specialized sales, marketing, professional services and premium support.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge in automotive and/or manufacturing industries and AI transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CXOs, CEOs and Boards of Directors in automotive/manufacturing customers.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives across automotive/manufacturing operations and value chain.
• Identify industry-specific use cases for AWS technologies and articulate them to customers.
• Engage and coach extended account teams across North America.
• Focus on large, complex opportunities and AI-driven transformation deals.
• Coordinate executive engagements with AWS leadership.
• Shape deals to meet customer needs and optimize AWS capabilities.
• Ensure optimal deal resourcing and product mix for automotive/manufacturing requirements.
• Resolve deal escalations.
