Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in business or sales operations, preferably FinTech or SaaS.
• Experience managing go-to-market initiatives from rollout to adoption.
• Translate vague directives into actionable plans that engage stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Legal is essential.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage performance data for decisions.
• Excellent communication for clear, action-oriented interactions.
• Familiarity with merchant and SaaS sales processes is required.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance workflows.
