Job summary

Sage is seeking a Lead Business Process Architect to drive horizontal process architecture leadership across its GTM transformation. This hands-on role focuses on building a coherent global GTM operating model and setting standards for practitioners across workstreams.

You will partner with Rev Ops, Sales, IT, and other functions to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of processes and capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process architecture and future-state operating-model design within complex enterprise transformations.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes and capabilities across boundaries.
• Strong knowledge of GTM/commercial processes and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to facilitate complex cross-functional design decisions and influence without formal authority.
• Experience establishing process architecture methods, standards, and quality practices; people leadership is desirable.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and communicate complex concepts clearly to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex cross-motion process architecture challenges, identifying reuse opportunities across motions.
• Set cross-motion standards and determine where standardization applies versus regional variation.
• Evolve the process architecture methodology, embedding impact assessment in discovery and design.
• Provide leadership, coaching and oversight to Process Architects across workstreams.
• Connect designs across motions, identifying overlaps, gaps, conflicts, dependencies to keep the GTM model coherent.
• Lead senior cross-functional design discussions and ensure high-quality, decision-ready recommendations.
• Partner with GTM-Effectiveness, Rev Ops, Sales, IT and other functions.
