Job Title
Job Title Lead Business Process Architect
Job Description
Job Description The Lead Business Process Architect provides horizontal process architecture leadership across Sage’s GTM transformation, establishing the methodology, standards, and quality standards that process practitioners across workstreams design against. - Set and protect cross-motion process consistency and global standards, helping determine where standardization is appropriate versus where intentional regional or business variation is warranted.
- Establish and evolve the process architecture methodology, standards, and quality practices used across the transformation, including embedding impact assessment into how workstreams run discovery and design.
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and quality oversight to Process Architects working across transformation workstreams.
- Connect designs across motions, identifying overlaps, gaps, conflicts, and dependencies early, and ensuring the overall GTM operating model remains coherent.
- Lead senior cross-functional design discussions and ensure process architecture recommendations brought to the Design Authority are clear, high-quality, and decision-ready.
- Partner closely with colleagues across GTM-Effectiveness, Rev Ops, Sales, IT and other functions.
