Job summary

Sage is seeking a Business Process Architect to lead horizontal process architecture across its GTM transformation. The role focuses on establishing methodology, standards, and quality practices to ensure a single coherent global GTM operating model.

You will provide leadership to Process Architects, partner with multiple functions, and help evolve governance and discovery/design processes within a large-scale enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process architecture and future‑state operating‑model design within complex enterprise transformations.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes across boundaries.
• Strong knowledge of GTM/commercial processes and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to facilitate complex cross‑functional design decisions and influence without formal authority.
• Experience establishing process architecture methods, standards, and quality practices; people leadership desirable.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and communicate complex concepts clearly to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex cross-motion process architecture challenges, identifying reuse across motions.
• Set cross-motion standards and determine where standardization is appropriate versus regional variation.
• Evolve methodology, standards, and quality practices across the transformation.
• Provide functional leadership and quality oversight to Process Architects.
• Connect designs across motions, identify overlaps and dependencies for coherent GTM operating model.
• Lead senior cross-functional design discussions and ensure recommendations are clear and decision-ready.
• Partner with GTM-Effectiveness, Rev Ops, Sales, IT and other functions.
