Job summary

the company, a global leader in AI-driven enterprise processes, is seeking a Global Lead for GTM Strategy and Planning. You will architect annual and multi-year GTM plans, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Services to ensure balanced growth and sustainable unit economics.

You will design and maintain planning systems, run complex models, and drive cross-functional consensus among senior stakeholders to optimize investments and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies focused on GTM strategy and revenue operations.
• Deep expertise in territory planning, segmentation, and account assignment with successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS go-to-market models, sales structures, and performance drivers.
• Hands-on experience defining GTM ratios and organizational design across multiple teams.
• Ability to build and present planning models and run scenarios for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual GTM planning process across Sales, Marketing, and Services to balance growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain territory and segment strategy, optimizing for pipeline and ACV/ARR growth.
• Define and refine GTM ratios; analyze performance and recommend resource allocation adjustments.
• Conduct organizational design analysis for optimal coverage models and team structures.
• Build and maintain planning systems and frameworks for decision making and modeling.
• Develop custom models and stress-test scenarios to guide strategic choices.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and communicate plan priorities to the organization.
• Lead GTM initiatives such as Global Accounts strategy, New Logo go-to-market, and market expansion.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track plan vs. actual and provide actionable insights.
