Responsibilities

• Own the global GTM transformation execution portfolio with strategic prioritization.
• Lead enterprise-level portfolio governance, intake, escalation, and decision-making frameworks.
• Represent the VP in governance forums, executive updates, and stakeholder discussions.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global execution team.
• Define enterprise delivery standards and operating model for GTM transformation.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from business case through adoption and benefits realization.
