Job summary

Sinch seeks a Vice President of Global GTM Operations to lead a major commercial transformation. You will unify regional Go-to-Market models into a global hub-and-spoke organization, build Centers of Excellence, and drive an AI-enabled operating model across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Reporting to the EVP Americas, you will establish governance, data-driven insights, and fast, scalable processes that improve sales productivity and revenue retention while balancing local market needs with global

Qualifications

• Experience leading global GTM/revenue operations transformations.
• Experience designing global operating models and CoEs.
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder influence.
• Fluency in data-driven GTM processes and metrics.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled automation in sales/marketing ops.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose current GTM Ops and identify opportunities.
• Unify regional models into a global hub-and-spoke model.
• Establish global governance for lead-to-cash processes.
• Translate data into strategic insights for leadership.
• Drive change management across diverse teams.
• Define and govern GTM tech stack and data workflows.
• Scale global deal desk with pricing governance.
• Identify opportunities for cost-effective automation.
