Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Vice President of Global GTM Operations to lead a major commercial transformation, unifying regional models into a global hub-and-spoke organization. You will diagnose current state, define future state, and build an AI-enabled operating model to scale worldwide.

Reporting to the EVP Americas, you will partner with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to drive governance, data-driven insights, and measurable early wins while balancing global standardization

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale GTM, Revenue or Sales Ops transformations in global settings.
• Experience designing global operating models and Centers of Excellence.
• Strong change management and executive influence skills.
• Fluency in lead-to-cash processes and the technology that power them (Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight).
• Ability to build cost-efficient, scalable operating models with regional flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Transformation & Diagnostic across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Unify regional models into a global hub-and-spoke operating model.
• Define and govern global GTM standards and policies across lead-to-cash.
• Translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Drive change management and cultural alignment across regions.
• Define and run the GTM tech roadmap with IT collaboration.
• Establish and scale global deal desk and pricing governance.
• Identify automation and cost-saving opportunities.
