Job summary

Sinch seeks a Vice President of Global GTM Operations to unify the commercial engine across regions. You will lead a modern, AI-enabled transformation, defining a future state operating model and building a scalable hub-and-spoke setup with governance and measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the EVP Americas, you will partner with Product and Marketing to drive revenue, margins, and sales efficiency while guiding a distributed, cross-cultural team in a largely remote role near hub locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global GTM, Revenue, or Sales Operations transformations.
• Proven ability to design and implement global operating models and CoEs.
• Strong change management, executive presence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Fluency in data, analytics, and translating GTM data into insights for leadership.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled automation and modern GTM tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Transformation & Diagnostic across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Unify regional models into a global hub-and-spoke operating model.
• Define global governance and standards for lead-to-cash processes.
• Translate data into strategic insight for senior leadership and regional EVPs.
• Drive change management, cultural alignment, and stakeholder trust.
• Define and run GTM tech roadmap with IT, ensuring reliable data Workflow.
• Establish and scale global deal desk operations and pricing governance.
• Identify low-cost, scalable automation opportunities.
