Q2 seeks a Director of GTM Technology & Operations to build and run the operating engine for the go-to-market organization. You will design governance, hire and develop the team, and lead technology, process, and AI transformation initiatives enabling GTM teams to work faster and smarter.

The role sits at the intersection of technology enablement, governance, and organizational change, overseeing four critical functions and partnering with IT and the AI Transformation Office to accelerate

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM operations or revenue operations
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and managers
• Hands-on AI and automation program design, governance, and adoption
• Experience partnering with IT on architecture, systems integration, and governance

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the GTM Ops operating model across the team
• Oversee four functions: Technology & Tech Enablement, Project Management, AI & Automation Transformation, and Data & Analytics
• Lead the AI transformation portfolio with change management and adoption
• Maintain a scalable Wrike work management model and governance
