Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Vice President of Global GTM Operations to unify regional Go-to-Market teams into a global hub-and-spoke model and drive AI-enabled transformation at scale.

You will diagnose current state, design a future operating model, establish governance, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable wins across lead-to-cash, data, and tech stack in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale GTM, Revenue or Sales Operations transformations globally.
• Expertise designing global operating models, governance frameworks and CoEs.
• Strong change management and executive influence across regions.
• Fluency in lead-to-cash processes and related technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build cost-efficient, scalable operating models with AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Transformation & Diagnostic across Americas, EMEA and APAC.
• Unify regional models into a cohesive global hub-and-spoke operating model; create CoEs.
• Establish global governance and process standards for lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Translate commercial data into forward-looking strategic insights for leadership.
• Drive change management and cultural alignment across diverse teams.
• Define and manage the GTM technology roadmap with IT (Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight).
• Scale deal desk capabilities, pricing governance, and RFP/RFI processes.
