Qualifications

• Significant experience scoping and leading multiple large-scale organizational transformations.
• Strong systems thinking connecting strategy, operating model, process, technology and human behavior.
• Proven ability to sell, scope, and deliver consulting work to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scope, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives with a focus on AI enablement.
• Drive revenue responsibility of approximately $2.5M+ and grow through client expansion.
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations from origination through execution.
• Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build internal networks across capabilities to deliver integrated client solutions.
