Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Vice President of Global GTM Operations to lead a global, AI-enabled transformation of our commercial functions. You will diagnose current GTM structures, design a unified operating model, and build a scalable, data-driven organization that partners with leadership to drive growth.

Reporting to the EVP Americas, you will harmonize regions and establish governance to improve pipeline and revenue retention.

Qualifications

• Track record leading large-scale GTM/Revenue or Sales Operations transformations.
• Experience designing global operating models with regional flexibility.
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Transformation & Diagnostic across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Unify regional models into a global hub-and-spoke operating model; establish Centers of Excellence.
• Define global GTM governance and lead-to-cash standards; measure sales productivity.
