Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions. You will define the GTM strategy, drive adoption among high-value enterprise segments, and scale programs across AI-enabled, trusted, and governed cloud workspaces.

You will partner with sales, product, and field teams to craft compelling value propositions and measurable outcomes. You will engage CIOs and IT leaders, shape the narrative for the future of agentic workspaces, and help the organization

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Business Application Technologies and Go-To-Market, Sales, or Consulting.
7+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, or cloud services.
Experience building GTM motions and engaging with CIO/IT leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and execute GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions.
Shape the narrative around the future of agentic workspaces and governance.
Engage enterprise leaders and partners to connect capabilities to business outcomes.
Build lighthouse engagements with early adopters and translate learnings into repeatable plays.
Measure adoption of agentic features and optimize path from pilot to production-scale deployments.
Evangelize the agentic workspace vision through thought leadership and industry engagement.
Orchestrate field uptake of AI-focused sales plays to deliver customer value.
