Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist to accelerate adoption of WorkSpaces AI and agentic capabilities. You will define the vision for agentic workspaces, build GTM motions, and help customers understand governance, security, and the path to scale.

You will engage enterprise leaders, shape lighthouse engagements, and develop a repeatable playbook for field adoption, while deepening fluency in the WorkSpaces AI portfolio and measuring program impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of Core Cloud Technology Services experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration tech experience.
• 5+ years of Data & AI technologies experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions.
• Shape the narrative around the future of agentic workspaces with governance and observability.
• Engage enterprise leaders to articulate trust, security and compliance benefits.
• Build lighthouse engagements with early adopters and translate wins into repeatable plays.
• Develop fluency in WorkSpaces AI portfolio to articulate the full solution.
• Establish data-driven metrics to measure adoption and program effectiveness.
• Evangelize the agentic workspace vision through thought leadership and events.
• Orchestrate field uptake of AI-focused sales plays and enable the sales organization.
