Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions.

You will define go-to-market motions, target high-value segments, and accelerate early adoption of WorkSpaces for Agents and related AI-enabled desktop experiences—building lighthouse engagements and scalable plays. You will articulate the enterprise value of governed cloud workspaces, address trust and compliance challenges, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, Analytics).
• 5+ years of experience with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration.
• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience leading multi-year cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions, targeting high-value segments and early adoption.
• Shape the narrative for agentic workspaces, positioning AWS as a leader in trusted, governed environments.
• Engage with enterprise leaders to address trust, security, and compliance in agentic AI deployments.
• Build lighthouse engagements with early adopters and convert wins into repeatable plays.
• Develop fluency in WorkSpaces AI portfolio and related AWS services to articulate customer value.
• Establish data-driven metrics to measure adoption and optimize pilot-to-production scale.
• Evangelize the vision externally and drive internal mindshare and investment.
• Orchestrate field uptake of AI-focused sales plays and enable the sales org to drive opportunities.
