Job summary

AWS is seeking a Sr. Technical Business Development Specialist for Agentic AI in Application Modernization. You will lead enterprise modernization efforts with Agentic AI services, engaging with CTOs and CIOs to shape opportunities and drive adoption.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across AWS to align customer needs with product roadmaps, deliver compelling demos, and build scalable programs that accelerate modernization using Agentic AI across large organizations.

Qualifications

6+ years in enterprise application modernization and migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud ops).
5+ years in Data & AI tech (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage).
5+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
5+ years in core cloud technology services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
Experience shaping strategies influencing leadership decisions at org level.
Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience presenting to technical and non-technical execs.
Experience leading multi-year cross-functional initiatives.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as opportunity owner for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts on Agentic AI modernization.
Deliver demos, sample solutions, and programs to accelerate modernization with Agentic AI.
Engage with C-level stakeholders to articulate modernization value propositions.
Inform product roadmaps with market signals and customer feedback.
Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on modernization execution.
Represent AWS at industry events with thought leadership.
