Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Technical Business Development Specialist focused on Agentic AI for Application Modernization. You will lead enterprise modernization initiatives, engage with CTOs/CIOs, and drive adoption of Agentic AI services across AWS's Specialist Team and partners.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams to shape solutions, seed developer ecosystems, and represent AWS at major industry events, while building strategic relationships with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

6+ years in Enterprise App Modernization & Migration technologies.
5+ years in Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, storage).
5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
5+ years in Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
Experience shaping strategies that influence leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise application modernization with Agentic AI services.
Drive development and adoption of AWS Agentic AI services through deep customer engagements.
Lead specialists, architects, partners, and account teams; set direction and standards.
Partner with product teams to reflect customer voice in roadmaps.
Seed developer communities and programs around the technology.
Represent AWS at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.
