Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist to lead the global strategy for Managed Knowledge Bases.

You will define market scope, target segments, and adoption plans while coordinating field sales, specialists, and partners to drive a multi-year growth plan. In this high-visibility role, you will translate field signals into a data-driven product roadmap, scale enablement, and shape partnerships across AWS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (GenAI, Analytics, DB, Storage).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsabilités

• Own the worldwide GTM strategy for Managed Knowledge Bases, including market sizing and target segments.
• Build and grow a global pipeline with field sales, specialists, partners, and account teams.
• Serve as a domain authority on enterprise retrieval, RAG, vector stores, and data grounding for GenAI workloads.
• Define and scale enablement flywheel: plays, architectures, demos, workshops, and training.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering for a data-backed roadmap.
• Collaborate on partner and ecosystem strategy to extend reach of Managed Knowledge Bases.
• Establish goals, metrics, and cadence; deliver business reviews to senior AWS leadership.
• Represent AWS as a thought leader at customer briefings, events, and conferences.
