Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Sr. Technical Business Development Specialist for Agentic AI within the NGDE team to accelerate modernization using Gen AI.

You will lead the GTM for a globally scoped service, driving adoption of AWS agentic AI tools through deep customer engagements with developers, architects, and executives. Your role combines strategy, evangelism, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Core Cloud Technology Services experience (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking).
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, managing relationships and acting as a strategic advisor driving adoption of Gen AI developer tools
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions and programs, events (such as Hackathons, GameDays) to drive adoption of Gen AI developer tools.
• Build and engage with C-level stakeholders to understand the value prop of the developer experience
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
